1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping fee depends on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. 2. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We offer shipping to all countries.

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

The actual shipping time may vary depending on the local postal service where you are, but you can expect delivery within the next normal shipping time of

– Handle time: 2-4 business days.

– Shipping time for USA: 6-9 business days.

– Shipping time for international: 12-20 business days.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We cannot make multiple deliveries to more than one address with a single order. If you would like to purchase items for different addresses, please place separate orders. And thats it! 5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We dont ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

 

6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipped internationally are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipients customs office. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about the customs policies in your country.

 

7. THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

Were very sorry, but it is not possible to change the shipping address for an order once it has been shipped. Please review your information carefully when you place an order to avoid any issues.

 

Were sorry your order did not arrive within 45 business days of the original order placed. The customer care department will take care of this for you. However, all shipping times are calculated in business days, and as a friendly reminder, claims for late delivery filed after 60 business days from the original order date will be rejected.
